I was referred to Dr. Cole by another physician and I could not be happier. Nobody wants to go through surgery but Dr. Cole made the process as worry free as possible, always readily available for any questions or concerns, with a friendly bedside manner second to none. My primary care physician was also very impressed by Dr. Cole's personal communication to him immediately after the surgery...apparently an "old school" approach that is rarely followed these days. I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Cole.
I could not have been happier with Dr. Rob Cole and his office. Not only is he a gentle, kind doctor, but he is incredibly attentive and caring about every sing detail. And then there is his office support, Felicia. She may be among the top, caring, and helpful doctors' assistants I have ever met. The entire operation is a keeper for our family!
I had a hernia repair six days ago with Dr. Robert Cole. I called his office and I realized I had accidentally called his mobile phone. Dr. Cole answered and then said I need to call you right back. Which I thought, I will never get a call back. Two minutes later, I received his call. He was extremely generous with his time and very knowledgeable. I'm not sure it would be possible to say enough good things about Dr. Cole. He is an incredible surgeon and as if that's not enough he is empathetic, caring and extremely diligent. He went above and beyond at every opportunity. Truly an exceptional surgeon and an exceptional person.
I am so glad that I was referred to Dr. Cole for my hernia operation. He is very smart and extremely compassionate. The most amazing aspects of Dr. Cole’s care are his personalized attention and phenomenal availability, traits that are unfortunately very rare in today’s medical world.
