Thorough, nice and generous with his time; what else can you ask for? I installed what I thought was a simple light fixture, after messing with it for 2 days, I needed the help of a professional. Robert was really nice and helped explain that the problem was not my wiring, but an older more complicated issue. He fixed it in a timely manor with an all around pleasant demeanor.
