We service over 1,000 customers annually installing mirrors, shower enclosures, window replacements, storm doors/ storm windows, glass railings and more. In addition, servicing what we have sold in the past. There are many factors to take in consideration when scheduling jobs, not all factors are in our control, such as weather, customers availability, in addition to those, in this case road construction. We do our best to serve all of our customers needs.
House was left in deplorable condition. Shoddy workmanship - Rude office manager - Satcastic email response from Brian, customer service representative. No follow-up from Owner. Will never use them again!
I have used Otto Glass for many years. Would not go anywhere else for my glass and screen repairs. They are THE best!
