I had a kidney stone and Concord urology hooked me up with Dr Mitchell. I don't go to a doctor very often and had a plan in mind to treat this as naturally as possible. Dr Mitchell was very kind , compassionate , & explained the situation, including all the options. He listened to me and I felt very cared for in his presence. I would highly recommend him for care . He is a good one and good ones are hard to come by sometimes. Thank you Concord Urology and Dr Mitchell.
I had to have day surgery to remove 2kidney stones. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions with ease. I was very nervous and he made me feel a bit more at ease. Great doctor with great bedside manners!
1st cancellation was known in advance. 2nd cancellation happened when I was in the waiting room. What a waste of time. I honestly think the procedure he wanted to perform was unnecessary in the 1st place. So why was it even advised. I'll be looking for another Urologist who can keep appointments and only perform necessary procedures
Dr. Mitchell is phenomenal. He is patient in answering my questions, always giving me thorough and easy-to-understand answers. He also shows great empathy, which to me, is an incredibly important attribute of his. I highly recommend him to anyone.
