Had a THR in Sept of 2015. Never should have waited so long. Dr. Miegel was excellent, very calming and informative. I was up and about the same day and left Mt. Auburn on one crutch. I can tell I'm heading down the same path w/ my other hip. Will not wait as long...easy peasy..not to mention my stay at Mt. Auburn was exceptional....almost Spa like!!
I had a THR on April 20,2016. My face to face time with Dr. Miegel was brief but adequate. He answered all my questions and seemed genuinely concerned with alleviating my pain The care and education I received from his staff was 5 star. The work Dr. Miegel did was outstanding. I was walking under supervision and with a walker the very same day and I was released to go home the next day. This man is a great surgeon. I would highly recommend pro sports.
