My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Robert Lunt. He is very knowledgeable about the Parrish area where we bought our home. We were in a hurry to get into a new home quickly because we closed on our home in North Carolina,. He found us the perfect house and he really helped to move things along in a timely manner. Since we were out of state at the time of the walk-through and inspection, he did both for us. We are very satisfied.!
Just closed on a house in prosperity lakes active adult side. Robert was there every time I had a question or any other concerns. His response time was super quick through the whole process.. It’s true he has an eagle eye!!!!! During our blue tape walk through he saw things I never noticed!!!!! He sent the rebate he gives his clients as soon as he was payed.
