Communication was a consistent issue—there were frequent delays in responding to emails, texts, and phone calls, and agreed-upon items were not consistently followed through. For example, a monthly itemized list of fees was promised but only provided for the first month, despite multiple follow-up requests. The final invoice also included $1,500 in additional fees beyond the original estimate, which I had been assured would be sufficient.
We had been putting off updating our wills for a long time. Finally, we reached out to Robert Kellogg for help. Not only did he make an overwhelming task simple, but he gave us the step by step instructions to tie up all of the lose ends once the details were finalized. He was personable and fantastic to work with -- and I highly recommend him for your legal needs.
