Dr karol is great but his new secretary that took over for Rose won't listen when I tell her what I need I know I get only 2 cleanings a year I pay for the other 2which rosemarie replacement would not let me pay for on the spot I told her I have to pay but she would not take my payment insisted try billing insurance I then get a bill from dr karols office I pay my bills as I go I don't like to run up debt wouldn't listen!!!!!!!
