Today was my first time at this office. Talk about first impressions. WOW! From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, the ladies in Check In were so nice and professional.. my Dr's assistant was the Best! ( I'm sorry I don't remember her name.) Dr. Jepko and his staff were all around great! From scheduling to treatment to checkout. Dr. Jepko explains everything in detail and in easy to understand wording. I had a retreat done yesterday and everything went very well! I am so glad I had my treatment done here!! You won’t be disappointed!
The experience could not have been better. Took me in emergently. The staff was kind and gracious.
I give this group way over 10! They are very detailed with their explanations in terms easily understood! Great listeners. So gentle and great personalities.
