They never ordered my contacts until I called to check and see if they were in and had to wait another week to get them. After a month of having my glasses and trying to see if it was covered under the warranty (it was) they still don’t know what to do with my glasses and I am having to continuously call them to see when I’ll get them back. I will never return to this office. The staff is friendly enough but the lack of follow through is very frustrating. I shouldn’t have to make sure they do their job.
Staff and Dr. Day are very nice. My kids love to go every year. I like that we can order our glasses at the same place.
