Horrible! Would not take my son with Epilepsy, V-tach and mild CP, because we were 5 minutes late! We have seen doctors all over the country, Boston Children's, Emory, Hopkins, Sinai in NYC & Baltimore, Los Angeles, Richmond and NEVER being 5 minutes late been turned away at a first time appointment. Feel like we avoided a Dr. With NO EMPATHY! Our neighbors have already given us Neuro’s at UVA. Avoid this practice at all costs!!!!!!
