Dr. Duran has the exceptional experience and expertise needed to successfully remove a severely gangrenous gallbladder. His skill in using minimally invasive robotics saved me from a much more extensive surgery during a serious medical emergency.
Dr Duran has been nothing short of exceptional. This google review is simply for his billing/front staff. I was called on my phone to remit payment Friday before outpatient surgery for an early payment "discount." I had surgery done, and nothing additional was required. A week later I get a bill for $260. Balance billing at it's finest. When calling the office I got the good old, "I remember the discount, I will have the manager look into it and call you" routine. The care and treatment provided by Dr. Duran and his staff was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Throughout my outpatient surgery I received the highest level of support and assistance. I’m extremely grateful to them for the effort they demonstrated to ensure my stay would be pleasant.
