First spoke to Mr Dunlap back in April, I explained what I needed done and ask for a total. Mr Dunlap said I'll get you a total and also stated that the price would be fair. The lawfirm then does some title searches for 2 mobile homes on the property. I paid for that. And thought we was moving forward with the property sale. After weeks of not hearing from Mr Dunlap I emailed the lawfirm asking where we stood on my case. I get a phone from Mr Dunlap and he's very rude to me over the phone. Does not respond to inquiries. If you can’t accept a case, at least respond with a reason why you can’t.
