Unfortunately we had to fire Mr. Dunlap. We believe he was taking meetings regarding our case without telling me about it. First spoke to Mr Dunlap back in April, I explained what I needed done and ask for a total. Mr Dunlap said I'll get you a total and also stated that the price would be fair. The lawfirm then does some title searches for 2 mobile homes on the property. I paid for that. And thought we was moving forward with the property sale.
