Unfortunately we had to fire Mr. Dunlap. We believe he was taking meetings regarding our case without telling me about it. Here’s why: Deputy Adkins of summers county sheriff told me via text message he gad a conversation with Mr. Dunlap on around 3/12/25. We were curious why Mr. Dunlap never made a point to tell us about this conversation on 3/12/25 so I asked him and he claims Deputy Adkins is lying that he did not have a conversation regarding us. First spoke to Mr Dunlap back in April, I explained what I needed done and ask for a total. Mr Dunlap said I'll get you a total and also stated that the price would be fair. The lawfirm then does some title searches for 2 mobile homes on the property. I paid for that. And thought we was moving forward with the property sale. After weeks of not hearing from Mr Dunlap I emailed the lawfirm asking where we stood on my case. I get a phone from Mr Dunlap and he's very rude to me over the phone. My fiancé and I were VERY last minute, and although Mr. Dunlap was extremely busy, he represented my fiancé to the best of his abilities and got him a reasonable outcome. We’re appreciative of his time and of how compassionate his team is, especially Rikki.
