We engaged this firm back in 2018. From the beginning service was very slow. We were given an excuse of a personal nature so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but nothing changed. I later found out that my Aunt and cousin had engaged them for simple matters which hadn't been resolved for years. If I had a dollar for every time I had to followup with phone calls and emails, I'd be rich. Then lawyers have the audacity to charge you for such things.
