Like I said, the case was dismissed after getting new representation. Don was unprofessional with me and my family and never gave any good legal advice. 1) He messed up my DV (domestic violence) petition by giving me the wrong information when it was supposed to be about protecting my special needs son. 2) He gave me a hard time and made me panic about going to court because everytime my anxiety would kick in while we were talking (anxiety causes my mind to go blank), he gave me a hard and told me that I better cut it out or I wasn't going to have any credibility in court.
