Great company to work with!! They are the best!
I would not recommend this company to anyone! In September of 2024 our ac went out. We called DeAngelo’s to diagnose the problem. They stated that our unit needed to be replaced. They suggested that we chose a new Carrier heat pump for $8,000. After installing our new unit, they stated that our thermostat was not compatible with the new unit and needed to be replaced for an additional $800. I've had to use this company twice over the year, most recently today when my AC went out suddenly. Both times they've come out very quickly, gave me an honest diagnosis and fixed my problem. Its hard to find honest, quality companies in this field but these guys are one of them. I can't recommend them enough.
Called out for service call last week because our AC wasn’t working. The tech said it was too hot in house he would be back with a second person to assist in diagnosing. They never returned and when we called they wouldn’t return the call. Went to office and they said they basically were too busy and when we asked for a refund for the estimate we never received they refused. They kept us waiting 5 days through a heat wave in the summer with no intention of finishing the estimate.
