I've had Dancause for Furnace maintenance & repair for several years. But it had been some time since I had called for service. The older Dancause(s) had retired & when I called, a young man came. He was there on Sunday & came back on Monday. Also, he never told me his name, & didn't let me ask questions (said he couldn't talk & work at the same time). I'd give 10 stars if I could. Dave was incredible. Next day service call to fix my furnace. I moved to Arizona and we're in the process of selling the house, and the furnace quit working. Dave took a look and found a leaf stuck in the intake vent. Once removed the furnace was up and running! Very happy with the quick service and the help!
Works fast was in and out within an hour had my furnace back up and running! Thanks again
I called and they were here in about 20 minutes they fixed the problem and it's very cozy now. We have been a customer of Dancause & Sons. We were treated with respect and he explained everything to us I would recommend them to anyone who needs a furnace problems.
