I called and they were here in about 20 minutes they fixed the problem and it's very cozy now. We have been a customer of Dancause & Sons. We were treated with respect and he explained everything to us I would recommend them to anyone who needs a furnace problems.
Our tenant called Robert Dancause and Sons company explained what was wrong and an appointment was made to check air conditioning as it was not cooling the townhouse. The air conditioner was extremely dirty, pictures were provided by the workman. Out tenant was charged $85.20 for a service call, not on a weekend or holiday, which was not applied to the work, $405. 02 for CLEANING the unit, plus $50.00 for 1/2 lb of coolant, and $34.12 for tax.
