Though I went to Dr Staffin primarily for hypnosis for areas of personal growth, I have found an equally great benefit in his clarity in helping me find truths about myself. He is honest and challenging in a very positive way and has a brilliant mind. In the area of hypnotherapy, he is also a master of creating wonderful, relaxing visualizations and is able to personalize the experience in an effective, impromptu way. I have benefited from our sessions equally both virtually and in person.
