Needless to say I had a lot of trepidation about my upcoming gum surgery; however, Dr Cross and his staff made the whole experience actually much better than I had anticipated. From my original consult to the actual procedure, everything was explained to me in easy to understand terms, Dr Cross took the time to answer all my questions without me feeling rushed, and on the day of the procedure I was relaxed and comfortable. Dr Cross also called later that day to make sure I was doing okay. If I could, I would give 10 stars.
