The Dr. explained everything clearly about the problem area and the surgery. I left Dr. Cowles office wishing he was my son’s Pediatrician. Great bedside manner with the patient and the parent.
The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, showed great patience answering all of my questions and concerns in detail, and was fully supportive of both me and my daughter. Everyone treated my 8yr old daughter as the “patient” - asking her questions first and giving her a voice before asking me to fill in the details. This was the most impressive doctor visit I’ve brought my child to.
