nice office staff – i have had a number of appointments at neurological associates inc. on forest ave. in richmond,va. the office staff is wonderful and courteous. they have good knowledge and can help with anything. dr. cohen is awesome! all of the staff is friendly and willing to help everyone that walks through the doors. i needed my medical records faxed to another doctor and spoke with a girl in medical records...she was so helpful and faxed my records right away....unheard of anywhere else!! the downsides are that it t... read more
