Dr. Chase canceled my appointment after taking one look at me. The VA needs a better referral this this person. They sat me down, wasted my time, only to tell me to come back to see another Dr. Just don't bother. This guy needs to get fired. Rude and unprofessional.

I waited 3 months for my appointment for Dr. Chase to cancel on me on the day of my appointment. I had a cyst in my ear, tinnitus and vertigo and they won't treat you unless you jump through a ton of hoops first, if they will treat you at all. Apparently they can only work with the elderly who just need hearing aids and nothing more complicated than that. I would recommend everyone not waste their time trying to go here and go down the hill instead.
Dr. Chase and staff were thorough, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Really polite staff upon greeting and helpfully walk you through your appointment. Dr. Chase also was nice explained anything needing clarification. Thank you
