Very rude did not want to help me. someone stole my purse with my keys so I pushed in my car in the garage so that the thief would t try taking my car they didn’t want to help me because my car was in the garage so I had to use someone else the real professional tow service I ended up using we’re so nice and took my car out in less than 2 minutes! DO NOT Use CATES COLLISION REPAIR & WRECKER SERVICE!!!
We have had to use this company a couple times through our insurance and we always set an appointment, because my wife is pregnant and we had an appointment in TIfton,and was given 1-1.5 hours, which isnt bad, over 2+ hours later we keep getting told we are next and in and its excuse after excuse with almost no communcation from the company until you bug them about it. DON’T USE THEM!!!! They are rude and very unprofessional. The dispatcher called me a bitch and threw several F bombs. I’ve reported them to the company my insurance company uses to dispatch them so hopefully no one else will be subject their vile behavior. So tacky!!!!
Justin is a good dude. Always on time and can get that big truck into the places I couldn't believe.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Roadside contacted them to assist me. I was told it would be 90 minutes. After 3 hours I spoke to Cates to ask why it was taking 3 hours. The very very rude woman told me they were not coming to help me to get someone else! What a sorry unprofessional attitude and business ethic. These people should be ASHAMED of themselves!!
Once again Justin came to my rescue!!!! You guys are the BEST!!!!
