I am so grateful to have met Dr. Waldrop and his staff. They were very concerned, knowledgeable and in tuned with my needs. Dr. Waldrop listened to me, did the necessary test involved with my issues and gave me peace about what I thought. I would refer and have other patient prospects with issues of the brain, memory, headaches and everything that he specializes in. Thank you for your help Dr. Waldrop. If you are using your GPS, please pay attention to the location that you choose.
After waiting six weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Waldrop at Comprehensive Neurology Specialists, the last business day before my appointment, his office called to say, "Your doctor will be out for the month of June so we will need to move your appointment to AUGUST." I asked if I could be seen by another provider in the practice and they said, no. I asked if I could be seen by another provider at one of their other locations. They said, no. There was no effort at all to assist me in getting the care I need.
