I worried I would have a long wait on a Saturday afternoon but was pleasantly surprised when the took me back so quickly to see Dr Westbrook. He was very kind and asked if I had any questions. That's always the sign of a kind Dr.
The receptionist didn’t introduce herself or provide her qualifications and just started peppering me with personal questions on my first visit. Then the doctor didn’t show up for my appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting and no check ins by other staff, I cancelled my appointment and left. The receptionist just said “Ok” after I told her the doctor never came in so I wanted to cancel. This experience was very unprofessional from start to finish.
I was impressed with how concerned and detailed he was.
