Dr. Royal and Courtney are such a great team. They have always taken such good care of me. The staff has been helpful and are doing everything to keep everyone safe! Highly recommend IMA!
Mens bathroom door does not latch!!! This is in the waiting area by front door. Has been this way at least 3 months.
I have only had good experiences with IMA. The staff, nurses and doctors have been very good.
The actual doctor experience was okay. He seemed informed and attempted to help my condition, but getting my bill sent over to my insurance has been hell. I paid them for the service (because I thought they had already sent it to my insurance since I gave them my insurance information and told them to do so-but they chose not to) and simply asked to have the bill sent to my insurance so I could be reimbursed.
