New patient meeting to establish ourselves with a Doctor. The INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTH facility is beautiful and clean. Melanie checked us in and was delightful to visit with. We were shown into exam room within 5 minutes and saw a nurse and doctor immediately. So far, I recommend this practice based on site and pleasant people we have dealt with.

I am so happy to have Dr. Hayes as my personal Dr. I have complete confidence in Dr. Hayes many years of practice to do what is best for my well being.
