I had the best patient experience at Dr. Robert Gordon’s office today . He was knowledgeable, caring , professional and friendly. I didn’t feel rush at all and he took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Staff was professional as well. I’m happy I found his practice. Elizabeth Gordon
Honestly, I know my review doesn’t have the power to change anyone mind but if I can rate this practice and Dr Robert Gordon a 0, I would. I experienced the worse treatment from this office! They discharged in my 2nd trimester without a notice through the mail nor email or a call. I showed up to my appointment literally after driving 40 minutes just to find out it was cancelled and I’m discharged. Walking into this office was the breath of fresh air I needed. I’m going through a miscarriage and my last OB office (seasons women’s care in Wellington) wanted to make me wait 2 weeks just to see the doctor for results of my ultrasound whether or not I was having one. Dr. Gordon took me the VERY next day. He was so compassionate and very informative. From the front desk to the ultrasound to the physician, EVERYONE was so kind and helpful.
