Dr. Deckmann is super professional with a pleasant personality. His pre-operation and post operation briefings were precise and thorough. He answered all questions. His support people were excellent as was the entire nursing staff at Beebe Outpatient Surgery Center.
July 2025 - Dr. Robert Deckmann is one of the finest surgeons that I have ever been fortunate enough to be a patient of. I met Dr. Deckmann many years ago during my first visit. Immediately, I was impressed with his compassion and his concern for my health. His credentials are extremely impressive. His skill as a surgeon are impeccable. The office staff at this practice is beyond incompetent. They are rude, condescending and curt. Scheduling for a procedure is always a hassle. They will never call you back and put you off. Today I called for an appointment with Dr Deckmann who is my GI doctor and I was told that I would have to be placed on a wait list and that he wasn't seeing patients until May. Due to having polyps should have been seen May 2022, paperwork was sent in April 2022, they left 1 message on my cell phone in Sept 2022, I have left 7 messages with them since and gotten no response, 1 week ago finally reached someone-paperwork is expired and had to resubmit, can’t schedule until he reviews it. Why is it so difficult to get a response?
