Paid out of pocket to take an evaluation. Called several times just to leave a message for results. No one ever got back to me. Now I’m out $300. As much as they were quick to take my payment you think they’d do better following up.
Horrible, does only one person work there? Called 5 times already no one seems to care or pick up the phone. Can’t leave a message either, you have to email which you know they aren’t going to look at.
Dr Kramer understands he’s not rude or anything he try’s to help and gives the best advice. I would not go anywhere else.
