I love Dr. Cates and the staff at the Brodhead branch. I never feel rushed and feel I get a very thorough exam and explanation of my lab results.
Dr Cates was very polite and got me in to see him right away. I didn't have to wait long and the waiting room. I would be glad to have him as a doctor.
Dr. Cates is very professional and a good listener. I feel very confident in his decisions and I'm getting the best medical care. The nurses, receptionist are always kind , respectful and there is a calm atmosphere at this clinic. Everyone smiles and acknowledges you!
