Too much miscommunication. We asked for a quote and workers came and started tearing the drain apart. After getting a bill and calling to understand a breakdown and explain that it was not okay to do initial work without permission, I was rudely interrupted and told we were wrong. Why would we even have a problem if all information was clearly communicated from the beginning? And while the work was done and seems to be right, awful customer service.
Great plumbers! Came over fast when I had a frozen pipe that burst in my crawl space. They spent many hours getting things fixed and restored water. I felt that they truly cared, went about and beyond, and I would be happy to work with them again. Good people!
