As a physician who is a dermatology patient, most of the description that is routine for lay people who wish to evaluate physicians is of secondary importance. While Dr. Brody is close to schedule, clean, and polite, my primary concern relates to his knowledge of dermatology. As one who has visited six different dermatologists over my three decades of residency in Cleveland, Dr. Brody has the most sophisticated knowledge of dermatology. In my book, he is a five-star dermatologist.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
