Dr. Brock is most personable with his patients, he will answer questions honestly- I appreciates that very much of him*
He’s always been a half hour or more late for appointments(sometimes I could hear him just chatting with the person in the room next to me about non-medical stuff, while I’m waiting an hour past my appt time). He comes in stinking of smoke, spends less than 5 mins and always sends you off with a prescription even if you maybe didn’t need one. I switched to Livonia and have been happier. I tried to give a different pcp a chance at the Westland location and the staff messed up my bloodwork 2 times requiring another redraw.
Bedside manner is perfect.
First time experience was great from the ladies at the front desk to Dr Brock assistant to Dr Brock himself looking forward to my next visits
