Dr. BRENNAN overall is pretty good. But the office staff never answers the telephone. Been trying for three days now and just says office is closed. And even if you get to leave a voicemail, they don’t call you back for 2–3 days if you’re lucky, they even return your call. Update, after trying to call for over a week I finally drove there and they were. They are answering the telephone and I asked them why I couldn’t get through. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Dr. Brennan took the time to listen and provided a thorough explanation of my treatment options. The entire staff was kind and helpful, making the process so much easier.
I was a patient of Dr Brennan at Orlando Health. I made an appointment with Dr Marino as I have additional issues with numbness. I got a call from Marinos office that she refuses to see me and I should go back to Dr Brennan who is no where to be found. They gave me a non working number to call Dr. Brennan. This is more of a spite being taking out on me. I dont know what the background story is , but i cannot get treatment because Marino maybe had a problem with Brennan. This is ABSURD and RIDICULIOUS
