I’ve now had two appointments with this office—both of which I waited months for—canceled at the last minute. I see an acupuncture doctor in Norwalk for my neck pain and was originally referred to her by the Danbury office a few years ago. I can't think of a time he wasn't kind, curtious, and funny. There were a couple of times, I was upset and he let me vent. He really listened and gave me time til, I was done. He is my favorite doctor.
I've been seeing Dr. Bonwetsch for a while now. He's always been great. He's funny yet a little dry. I always feel heard and he explains things so I can understand. He was the third or forth dr I tried and he actually got me meds that keep my seizure at bay. I've been seizure free for 10 years now thanks to him. He definitely deserves 5stars. The place he works, not so much, but he is wonderful.
Like others, I felt unheard and even belittled by Dr. Bonwetsch. He may be brilliant, but I will not go back to this practice.
I think Dr. B is a really genuine guy. I’ve only seen him a handful of times but I’m wondering why people give him bad reviews. He’s a 5 star guy in my book.
