Could not even get the lady who answered the phone to take a message to have Bob Blankenship Call me back. She only wanted to set up an in person meeting. When I asked for her name so I could tell Mr Blankenship she refused to give it to me. Does not give a feeling that this law office will go out of their way to help me. Bob may be a great Attorney, but whoever is answering his phones is hurting his practice.
I used Robert Blankenship for a contested divorce that should have been straight forward. No kids, both spouses working, irreconcilable differences.. He neglected to forward discovery to the other attorney causing the case to drag on and on just to bill additional hours. When we finally reached an agreement at pretrial, it was generous to her. Then when the divorce decree was signed by Robert, the terms were altered causing me to have to file for modification which Robert was prompt to charge me for. He was sloppy with paper... read more
