Dr. Bonanno, himself, is a kind and intelligent physician who I think has a massive amount of healing potential. I really like and trust him and feel he is entirely competent. That said, while there is NOTHING wrong with the staff or with this physician, the PRISMA model is just inherently flawed. If you have less than an hour to deal with ten years or more worth of data, and if the patient portal online does not work, then there is very little one can actually accomplish.
