Rob saw my daughter in the ER Urgent Care last weekend and investigated further than anyone else did. And when she did not get better and I called him directly at the emergency department's number, he was very caring and listened to me when I said something was definitely wrong. He took the extra time to investigate even further and followed his gut, ultimately resulting in a flight to Marshfield. I really appreciated his extra care. He did right in my book.
