This was such an emotional and important haircut/color for us. It was our daughter's 12th birthday and very first haircut. She went from long to short hair. Not only did Robert deliver and cut her hair EXACTLY like she wanted, he helped make her day special. Very professional and inspirational. His personality was fantastic, and his witness/testimony was very inspiring. Completely opposite of what we expected and very pleased.
