Was running within the 15-minute window as far as being on time. Traveled 40 minutes to pick up Mom from her house and 20 minutes to her appointment. Staff at front desk were eager to cancel my Mom's appointment and have her return another day. Dr. Beam was willing to see my Mom. Staff need to learn proper office etiquette.
