I really shouldnt be telling folks about Bob, but I want to give him an excellent review. He is Youngstowns best kept secret! Honest and decently priced, he fixed a problem that stymied other mechanics...its the first time my car will pass inspection in years, and not have to get a waiver. The light is out! Thank you Bob!p.s. Tara, I understand your concern. His front desk person should be fired, but she is his wife!
I called BOBs to get my brake line fixed on my car. The woman that answered the phone kept asking who is this, I re-peated my name 3xs. She still said she couldnt understand me, then said they couldnt fix my car. There must be a reason "Its the best kept secret"
