Dr. Yates took over my case because Dr. Oelschlager is only dealing with cancer patients. When I saw him the first time, he told me he did not think he could help me with my problem. Dr. Robert Yates is AMAZING to say the least. I was very scared to hear I had a hiatal hernia and reading how the recovery from surgery could be a very long process. I read up on many doctors and decided to drive 269 miles from Lincoln City, Oregon to Seattle, Wa., to meet with Dr. Yates to discuss my options. Dr.Yates Bedside manner is absolutely awesome in my opinion. I had complications myself and he was professional, polite,and totally helpful anytime I interacted with him. His office staff has been awesome especially Jen in scheduling,...she helped me coordinate alot to get my surgery. Every single person including the doctor were pleasant.
