Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Reeve was excellent and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend.
My advice is to go somewhere else. He violated HIPA by asking me about vax status and then became extremely irritated and snapped the rubberband on his face mask and covered his face. I could hear the snap of the rubberband. He waited until the end of the exam to bring it up. Then he pointed me to the front desk to schedule surgery, but the scheduler wasn't in. They called me 5 months later. Zero class! I went to Roseville for cataract surgery.
Dr. Reeve accepted me as a new patient. After my examine he advised me I needed cataract surgery. He explained everything to me in a way I understood. I am in the recovery stage after having surgery on both eyes. Everything has gone just as he explained. I am ecstatic. I now have almost 20/20 vision and can see my computer as well as tv without glasses. Thank you Dr. Reeve
Apparently Doctor Reeves has never treated a patient for shingles before. Prescribed antiviral to keep it from spreading but never thought about the excruciating pain associated with shingles. Tried too get something to relieve the pain and they wouldn't answer over the weekend.Called on Monday and they said it was sent to Costco in Chico however it wasn't. My wife called them to find out what happened meanwhile I'm trying to kill the pain with IBprofin with very little relief.Bad experience
