I contacted Robert B. Our with a concern my septic was not working. I was told my last pumping was 5 years ago so I was due to have the system pumped. I was advised to have a tech come to my home and assess and it would be pumped if needed. After determining a pump was needed a second tech arrived later that day the system was pumped. I was charged an assessment fee in addition to the pumping. Because I was due for a routine pumping that should have just been scheduled thus avoiding the assessment fee. I’ve lived in Dennis for 15 years. The way this company put back the roads after working on them is digusting. Pour effort a blind person could do better. This company is a joke and has ruined the roads in this beach town
They did not do right by me. Disingenuous and untrustworthy. Avoid.
