Robert Olsen Billing Department in Shambles Description of Complaint: Billing department is in shambles. I received my first bill, along with a collections agency threat, for services rendered in 2008. 2012 was the first time this bill was presented to me. And, given the lapse of time, the insurance company, which I've since switched from, won't honor the claim.
