I took my daughter to Dr Johnson to evaluate the possibility of POTS as she was having several symptoms. He told us that she should not be treated for POTS and anyone who would prescribe medications for POTS would be doing her a disservice. He said she would grow out of it in her 20s. Since then we have seen a neurologist and a cardiologist who both diagnosed her with POTS and have treated her symptoms.
