I have had good experiences with this office so far. One thing I find frustrating is that I have to remind them that I'm a multiple miscarriage patient, not an infertility patient when they call with test results and next steps, but they're very understanding and kind. They were also super helpful in dealing with my insurance company.
The drs are great, it's the staff that I didn't like. Especially the one that has to do with billing. She'll ask if you want to make a payment after each appointment and if you say no, the look on her face is like you insulted her whole family, then she'll say something like " Well it has to be paid before you get a second procedure" or " well you have this much in your account".
