I regret taking my business here. I went to have batteries replaced on 3 watches. The guy at the counter was unfriendly and standoffish. He didn't tell me the price and told me it would take 3 days. After 4 days and not hearing from them, I called and they said it wouldn't be ready for another day. For watch batteries? Most places will do that work while you wait for maybe 10-15 minutes. Had my wedding ring resized and fixed maybe 8 months ago. Already cracking and need it to be fixed properly. This guy is very rude, full of himself and does lazy work. Go elsewhere
i went to fix a chain that broke, it is fairly small so i was expecting it to take some time he said it would be ready 3 days later, so 3 days later he never called i had to then he says its been ready but how was i supposed to know that. Anyway when i get there the job done to my chain is awful he put a glob of gold on the broken part not even polished or thinned down just a glob of gold when i asked for a lower price because it was a bad job he said you don’t have to pay and don’t ever come again.
