I have been a patient for 15 years. He is very thorough and genuinely cares about your health. I would highly recommend him.
My experience was horrible, I had an endoscopy scheduled and they waited until the last minute to ask me for a referral. Incredible how incompetent your workers are, canceling my procedure because of them.
As a physician myself, I have always been impressed by Rob Steinberg's true caring for his patients and their welfare. He has texted me after a visit to ensure that I understood all his clinical and laboratory findings. His staff have always handled me and my information in a very professional manner. It is a busy office but if I had an emergency they were always immediately cooperative.
I am a patient of Dr. Steinberg, my last visit I was kept waiting without any explanation over 35 minutes and left. I have tried to reschedule my appointment two times and have not received a call back. I like Dr Steinberg, but this is not how u treat a patient
After going to Dr. Steinberg for at least 20 years, he had the audacity to dismiss me as a patient. Wrote to him many times asking why he would do this? Never got a reply which I feel is very unprofessional. All I was asking was why? His nurse happens to be one of the most caring and delightful person. I will leave it up to you but when your doctor cannot reply to you, then how can you trust him with your help?
I have been going to him for +/-25 years and he is the most honest doctor I have ever used for an internist. Entire staff is wonderful and always helpful.
Was dropped for missing an appointment that was made a year ago.? And 4 years prior. No reminder phone calls made to me.
